These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the automated SMS response service operated by Elite Slab Acquisitions LLC (DBA TextBack Local).

By placing a call to a supported business location that uses this service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

TextBack Local operates an automated missed-call response system.

When a consumer places a call that is not answered, the system may send one automated SMS response containing relevant contact or service information.

Messages are transactional in nature and are sent only in response to user-initiated contact.

TextBack Local does not send promotional or marketing messages.

2. Opt-In Method

Users opt in by initiating a phone call to a supported business location.

If the call is not answered, a one-time automated SMS message may be sent in response.

Consent is provided through the act of placing the call.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency is limited to:

  • One (1) SMS message per missed call

No recurring messages are sent.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

TextBack Local is not responsible for charges incurred from your mobile provider.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving future messages at any time by replying:

STOP

After sending STOP, you may receive a confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you initiate contact again.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

TextBack Local is not responsible for:

  • Service interruptions

  • Third-party website availability

  • External platform errors

  • Carrier network delays

This service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Service Administration

TextBack Local provides and manages the automated messaging system.

Participating business locations are responsible for their own operations and customer interactions outside of this messaging service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
